I used to second-guessed every decision.
I was leading teams, running businesses, growing revenue… but quietly second-guessing everything.
I was decisive in public while privately questioning if I was doing enough or getting it right.
I built success, but it came at the expense of dimming who I really was.
I carried the story that I had to earn my wholeness for years without realizing it. But that’s not how this works. That’s not how any of this works.
That tension… the strong exterior and the silent unraveling… is exactly why I coach the way I do now.

Before stepping into this work, I spent nearly two decades building and scaling businesses:
- I founded and grew a 7-figure marketing agency that generated over $100M in sales for clients and managed $30M+ in ad spend.
- I’ve helped 6,500+ business owners grow through paid traffic and strategy, working with top leaders like Michael Hyatt, Digital Marketer, UC Davis, Pete Vargas, ThinkMedia, Anthony O’Neal, Selena Soo, Bethany Hamilton and more.
- I served as CMO for an online educational company, helping scale revenue from $1M to $15M annually in under four years.
- In my late 20s, I launched, grew and later sold a regional parenting magazine distributed to 30,000 homes across seven counties in southern New Jersey.
Before That?
Right out of high school, I served as a paramedic in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned how to lead in chaos, stay calm under pressure and make life-or-death decisions when seconds mattered.
I’m not just credentialed in business.
I’ve also navigated a divorce after 17 difficult years of marriage, raised two incredible teens, walked through burnout and health challenges and rebuilt myself on the other side.
All of what I’ve experienced in life and business and the lessons I’ve learned, is what I bring into my coaching… especially for women who need a steady hand.
